The aim of the project was to realize students and staff mobilities between the Silesian University in Opava – Institute of Physics in Opava and the National University of Uzbekistan – Physics Faculty (NUUz) within the scope specified in the grant agreement, i.e.: • 6 student mobilities from NUUz to SU • 2 student mobilities from SU to NUUz • 5 staff mobilities from NUUz to SU • 3 staff mobilities from SU to NUUz. A total of 16 mobilities were planned and achieved. The implementation of the project enabled both institutions to support and further systematically develop a targeted offer of international mobility opportunities and thus increase the proportion of students and academic staff who have completed their studies or gained significant experience abroad, which is not only fully in line with the Strategic Plan of SU (SZ), but also with the strategic goals of increasing the number of international students and teachers at NUUz.
