The implementation of the E+ KA171 program at Brno University of Technology (BUT) and the increase in the number of study and research mobilities are among the key objectives of the Strategic Plan of BUT and the participating institutions in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Among the long-term priorities of all participating uni. are internationalization, the development of the international dimension in education and creative activities, and the achievement of excellence in scientific research. The main goal is to increase the number of mobilities for students and staff of all participating instit., with a particular emphasis on incoming students undertaking study stays at BUT. Other aims include supporting and motivating students to participate in international mobility (e.g., increasing awareness of the benefits of study and work stays abroad for students through online tools, organizing information sessions and promotional events, and facilitating the administration of study stays), and the implementation of high-quality student and staff mobilities (e.g., ensuring that the content of student and staff mobilities corresponds to their study or work plans, and providing clear guidelines on planning mobility).
