The project aimed to strengthen international cooperation in higher education by creating opportunities for student and staff mobility between our university and partner institutions in diverse countries. These exchanges supported the personal, academic, and professional development of participants while enhancing the quality and diversity of study programmes and the international profile of our institution. We sought to provide valuable experiences that would build knowledge, skills, and competences in an international and intercultural context, while promoting inclusion and equal opportunities. The project encouraged participation from individuals facing various barriers and aimed to ensure broad access to mobility. It also fostered mutual understanding, dialogue, and long-term partnerships with counterparts abroad, contributing to stronger academic cooperation and capacity building. Further objectives included supporting digital skills development, environmentally responsible practices, and greater engagement with democratic values and global citizenship.
