The project has resulted not only in a strengthened professional friendship, but also in the professionalization and provision of improved services offered by both organizations to their members. The services that both organisations provide to their members have a direct impact on the social services sector in the country where the organisation is active.
The aim of this project was to exchange good practice, experience, knowledge and know-how of umbrella organizations active in the social services sector and to implement the newly learned experience into practice. By sharing good practices and best approaches, we took the first step to professionalize and improve the activities and services offered to member organizations in the areas of Education in Social Services, Quality in Social Services, Digitalization and Media, Associative life and Political advocacy.
