The "PIM" project aimed to achieve several concrete objectives. First, we developed and implemented CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) didactic units using digital tools, such as Prezi, Canva, and Tinkercad, to enhance teaching and learning in marketing and ICT. These units were integrated into our curricula and used in workshops with international student groups. We also created comprehensive promotional campaigns for local companies, including digital marketing presentations, social media content, and 3D-printed promotional materials. Additionally, we designed virtual tours for businesses using the Kuula platform. Another key objective was to promote inclusivity, with a focus on engaging female students and those from disadvantaged backgrounds in ICT and digital skills development. The main objectives were to enhance digital skills among students and teachers, integrate these skills into the curriculum, and strengthen cooperation between schools and local businesses.Another key goal was to promote inclusion by engaging female students and those from disadvantaged backgrounds in ICT activities. The project sought to modernize vocational education, making it more relevant to the demands of the digital age.
We applied for the "Promotion in Motion" project to address the growing need for digital transformation in vocational education. Our schools recognized a gap between traditional teaching methods and the digital skills required by today’s labor market. Additionally, we wanted to foster stronger links between education and local businesses to make learning more practical and relevant. The project also aimed to promote gender balance in ICT by encouraging female students to engage with digital tools and technologies. Another key focus was to include students with low academic performance or from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, giving them equal opportunities to gain valuable skills.
