a) Creation, development and expansion of university cooperation; b) Increased qualification of teaching staff, permanent staff and trainees; c) Experience in joint teaching and training; d) Participation in seminars and workshops including staff weeks; e) Gaining knowledge for the planning, organisation, implementation and completion of mobility measures, also with regard to digitalisation and sustainability; f) Experience in mobility support; g) Sharpening the scientific profile; h) Scientific basis for solutions to European police tasks; i) Absorption and processing of new scientific findings from our university partners as a result of successful mobilities; j) Dissemination and multiplication of new scientific findings from our university partners as a result of successful mobilities, including successful qualification of Saxon police officers under our university's own personnel responsibility, e.g. professional, ethical and e.g. professionally, ethically and morally against the background of European principles or in the sense of increased sustainability.
