The aim of the project was to make international exchange, training and continuing education opportunities for staff mobility possible and to strengthen international relationships, partnerships and networks overall. Through international exchange, valuable insights and partners were gained for establishing our own PHD program, as well as enriching information for curriculum design. Overall, the project was also carried out to make the AdBK Munich's degree programs more internationally compatible and to be able to check and evaluate their compatibility. In addition, the focus when carrying out the mobility is always on gaining skills on the part of the teaching staff with regard to didactic, artistic-technical, curatorial, intercultural and inclusive aspects. International artistic collaboration, e.g. in the form of jointly developed exhibition projects with research and workshop aspects, which correspond to the reality of artistic work in the "free market", should also be made possible. In general, in artistic practice and due to the social responsibility that art can assume, international collaboration, networks and cooperation as well as the development of intercultural skills and understanding are of paramount importance in the implementation of the project. As a result, we were able to establish new partnerships in Portugal, support research mobility for an environmentally-centered restoration program in Venice and expand the didactic and artistic skills of the teaching staff.
