This Erasmus+ mobility project has allowed ESCP Europe Wirtschaftshochschule e.V. (further ESCP) to advance and push forward the implementation of its institutional internationalisation strategy and continue to provide financial support to its students during their mobility for traineeship in partner countries (SMP). By providing the mobility support for internships abroad ESCP aimed at strengthening and fostering employability and personal development of its Master students by: • offering them an opportunity to gather relevant practical, hand-on experience in international context and train abroad as an integrated part of their studies; • exposing them to different organisational cultures, work practices and working environments in European context; • assisting them in further developing their foreign language skills, as well as their soft and digital skills in the context of their respective field of study; • fostering team-work and cooperation skills in international teams and cultures; • supporting their personal and professional development through exposure to different working styles, cultures and views; • preparing the students for the European labour market and business context by equipping them with the adequate set of soft skills and practical experience.
