Objectives

The aim of participating in KA 131 was to increase the mobility of students and staff at the end of the coronavirus pandemic. The University of Hildesheim's extensive network of Erasmus partner universities was utilised for this purpose. In the area of SMS, 216 students realised completed a study visit at partner universities in other European countries. 4 lecturers taught abroad in the area of Teaching Mobility and 7 administrative staff members expanded their knowledge. We are pleased to report that we were once again able to support one administrative mobility as part of international mobility. Erasmus+ internships were organised in a consortium led by Leibniz Universität Hannover and are not included in this report. Almost 90% of participants report a high level of satisfaction with their stay abroad or their stay at the University of Hildesheim. These positive experiences also arouse the interest of other members of the University of Hildesheim, leading to increased mobility figures after the pandemic and thus to a further increase in the internationalisation and cosmopolitanism of the University of Hildesheim.
