Objectives

Erasmus+ is a prime example of internationalisation at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU Munich) and sharpens the university's international profile. The mobile participants create an open, inspiring teaching, learning and working environment. The aim is to promote mobility on a broad scale, including students, staff and lecturers, and to further develop established mobility formats in terms of digitalisation, sustainability and inclusion. The area of short-term mobility within the framework of doctoral mobility and BIPS is to be developed and expanded in order to have an additional Erasmus+ funding line in the portfolio in the future. The expansion of the EUGLOH network within the framework of the European University Alliances is intended to intensify cooperation with key partners at all levels, especially by increasing Erasmus+ mobility, and to pave the way for a common education area. The main objectives of the 2022 project were to consolidate existing partnerships, sustainably expand the international network, increase the overall number of mobile participants and make the best possible use of the budget.
