Our aim was to implement the Erasmus + programme in accordance with the charter and thus promote internationality at Ostfalia. As part of the Erasmus+ KA 131 programme, students, staff and lecturers were funded to undertake mobility within the EU. This ensured that students at Ostfalia were able to spend a semester abroad without having to accept an extension to the duration of their studies. In addition, a much smaller number of lecturers and staff were sent to partner universities. Their focus was on job-shadowing und lectures. The Erasmus+ project 2022 KA 131 contributed to improving the skills, the employability and personal development of students, lecturers and staff.
