The Erasmus+ program has a great significance for student exchange (about one third of the mobility). It is a strategic goal of the DHBW Mosbach (Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg Mosbach) to further promote and strengthen the Erasmus+ program, since the interest and demand in the Erasmus+ program and spending time abroad is there. However, due to Covid-19 it still seemed hard to get back to normal. The number of students interested in spending a semester abroad is still not back to the numbers that we had before Covid-19. We are still trying to get "back to normal" and are working on raising mobility numbers in the ares of SMP, STT, STA and even SMS, also in future projects. We have already increased promotion for staff mobility training and successfully reached more mobilities than planned. Due to staff shortage and longtime absence from illness of personnel we simply could not accept all inquiries we had for funding. We are now receiving more inquiries but decided to fund them in the Call 2023 to get back to normal. We still see the Erasmus+ mobilities as a great opportunity to strengthen and deepen the relationships with our partner universities, as well as to help our staff to identify with the topic "internationalization"
