Preparations for the 2022 project began at the start of the 2021/22 winter semester in order to inform all target groups about the various mobility activities at an early stage. Calls for applications, application processes, workflows, technical tools and communication channels were reviewed, tested and adapted in order to guarantee a smooth process. The awareness and attractiveness of the mobility programme was to be further increased. The aim was to achieve at least the same quantity of mobilities as in the previous project and to increase the quality of the stays. A greater awareness of sustainable travel and sustainability in general was to be achieved across all status groups. The accessibility of the Fewer Opportunities target groups should be improved and more students should be motivated to undertake a mobility abroad. Awareness of the Blended Intensive Programme was improved compared to the previous project. In addition, a continuous implementation of announced digital processes also took place with regard to EWP.
