With the receipt of the Erasmus Charter 2021-2027, the Catholic University of Applied Sciences Berlin (KHSB) has committed itself to adhering to the ECHE principles based on the Erasmus Policy Statement (EPS) of the KHSB and has anchored specific goals and milestones in the implementation of the project. Accordingly, a focus in the 2022 project was placed on the new ECHE priorities "Digitalization"/ EWP, "Promotion of Inclusion", "Promotion of Sustainability" and "Promotion of Civic Engagement". Within the university, the main aim was to create transparency and synergies between the actors involved. Coupled with the KHSBs internationalization strategy 2021-2025, internationalization at home was primarily pursued as a strategic crosssectional task in which actors from teaching, research and administration were involved. In order to expand competence in an international context, the active promotion and recognition of foreign exchanges and stays of all university members within the framework of the 2022 project was of central importance. In addition, partner university cooperation should be strengthened, including through the implementation of a Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP).
