The goal of the Erasmus+ program was to promote and increase the learning mobility of individuals. It enables students and university staff to study, teach, and conduct research worldwide, as well as to establish international networks. These mobility opportunities aim to develop not only social and intercultural competencies and critical thinking but also digital skills and qualifications. Additionally, the project aims to encourage discussions on environmental issues and promote environmentally conscious behavior. In this way, students are prepared for the globalized labor market in business, society, and academia, and are attuned to multicultural and multilingual life contexts. Other key areas of focus include the recognition of achievements abroad, increasing the number of international students, the academic exchange of lecturers, intensifying collaboration with partner universities, and the development of joint projects. Expanding and further developing networks and research cooperation are also a priority. In implementing the program, emphasis is placed on quality, inclusion and equal opportunities, creativity and innovation, as well as the integration of digital formats in mobility management. Transnational cooperation with universities and globally mobile students and lecturers is essential for success in the European and international education markets. By participating in the Erasmus+ program, participants further develop their international competencies, enhance their personal development and employability, and promote their awareness of and commitment to European values.
