Objectives

The effectiveness of the Erasmus+ Programme is reflected in its annual results. Participants from different countries and backgrounds come together and are united by education. Whether staff or student, each person becomes part of a whole, progressing into becoming part of a community of interests. Erasmus plays a major part in this development, as without the support of the Erasmus+ programme, this would not be possible. The equality of the Programme is used to help the personal development of each individual. At the same time, the structure of the programme joins the individuals, thus giving better opportunities to all participants. Whilst resources remain a major problem, our aim is to contribute the best possible service to society by supporting participants going abroad assisting them in their competence acquisition. The career of Erasmus shows that education is a very long path and that it is a question of belief, hard work and helping each other. Overcoming social, political, cultural differences and language barriers to communicate with each other nourishes the growth of acceptance. The future development of our universities is reliant on exchanging a high quality of research, teaching and learning, which is made possible in the Erasmus programme.
