We embarked on the implementation of our Erasmus project with the primary goal of augmenting the participation of outgoing students and staff after the end of covid-19 pendemic. Since the Erasmus+ KA131 call2021 was extended in terms of time and budget, we first wanted to use those resources before using the budget of this project (call 2022). This is why in the end, we started to support mobilities only from 2023 onwards, and not from June 2022 when the project officially started. The journey, however, encountered several challenges. On the one hand, we first noted a wave of applications after the pandemic and expected outgoing numbers to raise significantly. Once more, we were happy to have the budget of project 2022, and saved the budget of call 2023 for the expected upcoming applicants. But it turned out that after the first wave, the number of applications was rather moderate. As a conclusion, the project was carried out throughout less months than offically possible and the number of applicants was decent. However, all individuals applying for an Erasmus+ mobility were able to realize their experiences.
