Film University Babelsberg had set itself the goal of stabilising its university partnerships in order to be able to offer its students and staff a diverse and reliable portfolio. We also wanted to increase the number of mobilities in and out. After the corona pandemic we were able to increase the number of the outgoing mobilities as well as the incoming mobilities. We still had to notice some hesitation among our students to go abroad. Our students benefit greatly from the Erasmus exchange programme. Film University Babelsberg is a university with a very high technical and craft level. Our partner universities offer the possibility of interdisciplinary studies and a more comprehensive view of the genre of film. The opportunity to permanently use a foreign language and experience a different cultural background is of very high value for the development of the creative personality as well.
