In the course of advancing European integration, more and more social, economic, and ecological challenges can only be solved in collaboration with international partners. Cross-border cooperation continues to be characterized by high dynamism in various fields. As future civil servants at the European, national, regional, and local levels, the graduates of the University of Applied Sciences Kehl must be adequately prepared for this working environment. In the long term, the university aims to position itself as a European university for public administration. Against this backdrop and as part of its internationalization strategy, Kehl University consistently pursues the bundling of its international activities with the goal of deepening its relationships with strategically relevant cooperation partners and facilitating the international transfer of knowledge in teaching and research for the benefit of students. Participation in the ERASMUS+ Mobility Project KA131 2022 aims to contribute to the following goals: 1. Strengthening intercultural competencies of students and staff, 2. Improving the ability to carry out international projects and 3. Developing network management and problem-solving skills."
