Objectives

The aim of the EU-Praktikum THÜRINGEN consortium is to promote cooperation between universities and industry and to strengthen Europe as an economic area. Skilled workers are trained for the German and Thuringian labour markets. In quantitative terms, the projects aim to support a high number of students, which has been achieved through the complete utilisation of funds and several financial subsequent approvals. Qualitatively, high-quality internships are made possible through very good advice and the maintenance of cooperation, which build up the students' professional and intercultural expertise, from which both the universities and the labour market benefit. In addition to foreign language skills, stays abroad also develop personal and social skills such as adaptability, independence and problem-solving skills, which are highly valued. A regional and transnational partnership network has developed over many years of co-operation. EU-Praktikum THÜRINGEN focuses on publicing the Erasmus+, in particular the diverse internship opportunities and support formats, as well as the flexible processing of mobilities.
