Encouraging an internationalisation agenda at all levels of the university has positive benefits for degree students with respect to the trinity of knowledge, personal development and preparedness for the labour market. To create a story for the university to the extent that all members of the university "live" this this internationalisation agenda as part of the university narrative is the biggest challenge and the overall goal for all partners. This project can contribute to the story substantially. The level of internationalisation often varies among the partneruniversities, so that each institution can profit form the expertise of the respective partner. The staff trainings especially focus on the best practice exchange on internationalisation. With this Erasmus+ project the universities thus not only try to encourage students and staff to profit from the respective mobilities, but also to take an active part in changing the story of internationalisation at the partner institutions.
