Objectives

One of the most important instruments for the internationalization of the Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT) is participation in the Erasmus+ program. The aim of this project was to strengthen international cooperation in higher education between Deggendorf Institute of Technology in Germany, Russian-Armenian University in Armenia, and Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine. The project focused on improving academic exchange and developing capacities in the fields of digital health, public health, and health education. By implementing this project, we wanted to give students and staff from all three institutions the opportunity to benefit from high-quality international mobility experiences. These experiences were designed to support the development of professional skills, intercultural understanding, and academic innovation. Special attention was given to inclusion and equal access to mobility, particularly for students with fewer opportunities and those affected by conflict or socio-economic challenges. The project also aimed to promote knowledge sharing between partner institutions, enhance digital competences, and foster stronger collaboration in reseach and teaching with implementing a Double Degree.
