Objectives

The project aims to make international mobility more accessible by introducing inclusive blended mobility programmes across various academic fields. These new formats, implemented between partner institutions, focus on students with fewer opportunities—such as those facing financial, health, or family-related barriers—offering short-term mobility experiences abroad. Full-semester mobilities and staff exchanges are also supported to deepen academic cooperation and intercultural competence. A key goal is to integrate mobility directly into curricula, ensuring both academic recognition and personal growth. By fostering global and intercultural skills, the project prepares students for teaching and working in diverse, multicultural environments. Long-term mobility is also encouraged to allow for deeper cultural immersion. Staff mobility and institutional collaboration further strengthen partnerships and support the creation of globally connected, inclusive learning environments. Overall, the project breaks down traditional barriers to study-abroad opportunities and promotes educational innovation.
