The project aim was to diversify the partnerships in partner countries professionally and to intensify them by introducing common teaching standards. Accordingly, international exchange at the student level and the development of joint teaching models and further education are essential. Strengthening our non-European partnerships through the exchange of faculty members and the expansion of the network between different departments, as well as the exchange of best practices, was a success achieved through this program. Hochschule Anhalt (HSA) pursues the following interdisciplinary internationalization goals: stabilizing the percentage of 30% of students with an international educational background, increasing the diversity of countries of origin, highlighting the international attractiveness of the university, and strengthening the internationality of educational and teaching content for domestic students through internationalization at home. Our partners have enabled their students to experience international mobility, thereby making a significant contribution to their education. All partners have promoted their internationalization efforts through STTA mobility and thereby supported internationalization at home.
