1) Establishment and expansion of research networks and international partnerships to promote research and innovation and strengthen the (institutional) internationalisation of the participating universities. 2) Internationalising study and teaching, in particular through the exchange of experiences, good practices and innovative teaching ideas within the framework of teaching mobility programmes and through Internationalisation@Home: enabling students to gain exposure to diverse academic and didactic perspectives. 3) Promoting key skills among students – such as specialist knowledge, independence, foreign languages and intercultural skills – to improve their chances on the job market. 4) Improving administrative cooperation, providing insights into different organisational cultures and exchanging good practices, e.g. through job shadowing or participation in International Week. The project also promotes inclusion and diversity by supporting disadvantaged groups and accompanying measures such as preparatory courses, mentoring and buddy programmes. Quality and sustainability are ensured through full recognition of academic achievements, comprehensive support and the dissemination of results.
