We have three goals to achieve with this project: 1. Qualification of the employees in the team as well as the expansion and improvement of our own course offerings. Thanks to the job shadowing carried out, these goals were not only achieved, but exceeded. Instead of six, eight courses were created or optimized. Our team's cohesion has been significantly strengthened through these mobilities, which is also reflected in the high level of satisfaction. The enthusiasm and joy of being able to take part in such a project is sustainable and contributes enormously to employee satisfaction, motivation and loyalty to our company. 2. Increase in the number of customers by 10%. This goal was also exceeded; by sharing the results in our networks we were able to develop new partners and target groups. In addition to new individuals who are interested in our offers, two institutions have specifically asked us to make offers to you: the DRK School and Therapy Center Raisdorf (https://www.drk-sutz.de) and Business an Professional Women - Germany Club Kiel e.V. (http://www.bpw-kiel.de/). The third goal, increasing customer satisfaction, was also more than achieved.
As a young company, this is our first Erasmus+ application that we have successfully completed. Our focus is adult education, and it made sense to establish this in our company due to our experiences in Erasmus+ in other professional contexts. European exchange not only increases the attractiveness of our offerings, networking and European professionalization also have great benefits. We learn a lot from our European partners in order to expand and improve ourselves and our offerings and to develop new things. The European contacts are of a lasting nature; a lasting network has been created that will continue to be expanded. In the area of learner mobility, the graduates of our courses act as positive multipliers and contribute to expanding our customer base.
