We aimed to enrich our educational and outreach practices through the exchange and observation of practices within our European network. The goal was to benefit from the experiences and methods of other European organizations to enhance and innovate our pedagogical and cultural interventions with adult audiences. Additionally, we sought opportunities to deepen our expertise and organizational skills to strengthen our capacity for action and collaboration on a transnational level. This project was designed to enhance the skills of our members and staff by integrating new and diverse practices observed during mobility experiences in various European countries.
Our organization, a member of a network of European diasporas, supports artistic and cultural structures in developing their projects. As cultural mediators, we conduct cultural outreach activities in public institutions, provide training, artistic workshops, and organize festivals. We collaborate with various stakeholders, including youth, students in the arts and culture field, priority audiences, as well as people with disabilities. Following our reflection workshops in September 2021, we recognized the need to structure the educational aspect of our activities and those of our members while also fostering European collaboration. The project aims to enrich our educational and outreach practices through the exchange and observation of transnational practices within the framework of sustainable cooperation.
