We expected our students to acquire fresh insights and perspectives into international business relations between two countries. Their participation in the project would allow them to enhance their learning and collaboration abilities within international teams. The experiences shared by students who took part in these projects would serve as an inspiration for others to engage in future projects. Additionally, their proficiency in mainly English but also in Croatian languages should be improved.
Kroatische Wirtschaftsvereinigung has extensive experience in Erasmus+ projects as a hosting organization, so the aim of this project was to strengthen our role in Erasmus projects as a sending organization. The main objective of the project was to introduce German students and teachers to Croatian schools and companies. The students gained new insights and perspectives in international business relations between two countries and gained valuable work experience in specific companies related to their fields of study, while the teachers were given insight into the organization of education in Croatia.
