The needs mentioned above were effectively addressed by implementing the project Empfrau. The Employability guidebook served as a toolkit for Refugee and Migrant women equipping them with the knowledge needed to navigate the job market effectively. It provided information about job opportunities, application process, and required skills in their host countries. The mentorship sessions helped them gain employability skills such as pre-assessment, writing resumes, motivation letters, preparing for job interviews, and getting jobs. By addressing these needs, the project enhanced the chances of finding employment. This project also supported the integration process by providing mentorship and guidance, enabling these women to adapt to their new environments more easily and fostering intercultural understanding
