Background

This project was applied to ensure the proper awareness about children with disabilities and how everyone including their parents and caregivers operate around them as well as what tools to use to enhance their development. The consortium had a vision over the needs: - Social marginalisation and isolation - Educational challenges - Parental support and empowerment - Need for Specialised Educational Tools and Techniques Therefore, we started a mission of: 1 Knowledge and skills development (Modules covering essential methods and techniques for understanding and addressing the unique needs of their children, including how to select and use appropriate educational materials and toys) 2 Access to Specialised Educational Techniques (Training on Montessori, ABA, PECS, and other effective educational and therapeutic techniques to ensure parents can continue their child's education and therapy at home) 3 Psychological and Social Support (offering assistance to individuals through online and offline methods) By amplifying technology, the e-learning platform not only aimed to bridge the educational gap caused by the pandemic but also to foster a more inclusive and supportive community for families with special needs.
