Objectives

The aim of the different mobilities is to initially get a group of teachers willing to engaged in the Erasmus+ program in order to assess the importance of this opportunity and to work in this field in a motivated and committed manner. In addition, there should be further development, especially in the area of digitalization, and colleagues and students should also be given an insight into methods and school types in other European countries in order to generate a variety of impulses for their own school development. The higher priority goal is to increase the satisfaction of teachers and students. Contact with many committed teachers can significantly broaden your view of the school sector and its possibilities. The tasks should then be distributed among several shoulders and the European idea should be strengthened.

Background

The Wentorf high school is planning to build a new school in the near future and would like to work on school organization, digitalization and spatial concepts in this context and incorporate experiences from other countries into these considerations. Overall, the main focus of our activities was on three core areas: 1. The formation of a new working group on Erasmus+, 2. The further development of digitalization and 3. School development (now also in relation to the planned new building)
