Our general overarching objectives when applying for the accreditation were: - to foster civil society cooperation through the exchange of ideas, experience and best practices with our international partners as well as Berlin-based and European stakeholders - to engage hard-to-reach target groups (such as West African migrants and displaced Ukranians) through our local projects and provide them in turn with further opportunities to get involved in the Erasmus+ projects on a European level - and to reflect back on these synergies between our local and international projects in order to contribute to innovation in the field of European youth work. Within the framework for our accredited projects for the years 2021-24, our stated goals on applying for accreditation were: 1. To broaden professional youth workers' access to Erasmus+ opportunities and foster key competences at the local and regional level through developing staff mobility projects in conjunction with our local partners and in the youth sector. 2. To increase levels of youth participation at the local and European level amongst a specific, hard-to-reach and disadvantaged target groups, including displaced Ukranians who are living in the EU, through providing them opportunities to participate in learning mobilities and participation projects. 3. To develop new and innovative educational formats – including hybrid formats – that harness recent technological developments and draw on the collaboration across sectors – from youth work, to the creative and cultural industries, to stakeholders in the technology and IT sectors – to equip young people, organisations andyouth workers with the relevant hard and soft skills to future proof youth work in the context of (post)COVID. During this project, the first two goals took the priority, as we assessed through feedback with our target groups, staff and stakeholders and international partners that after several years of lockdown, offline activities were the most relevant for an array of reasons, not least for engaging with trauma and mental health issues after several years of confinement and social isolation. Moreover, our tools pionnered and developed, ranging from artistic practices to outdoor activities, presented the most effective means, for us and our partners, to re-engage our target groups at the European and local levels in the post- pandemic context. Nevertheless, we used methods already developed during the pandemic to integrate on-line introductory sessions into our activities. In terms of goal number 3, we piloted new educational formats harnessing cross-disciplinary synergies in out activity A6, albeit in an offline setting. In the framework of out accredited projects, we are planning to fully engage with this goal in its original conception in our upcoming TC on Virtual Reality and Youth Work in the framework of our accredited projects 2024. Focusing in on the specific objectives related to our accreditation plan, this project engaged primarily with the following objectives: Objective 2: Promotion of European values in Germany, EU and EU neighbours. Objective 3: Outdoor Education (including healthy lifestyle, social inclusion, ecology and sustainability) Objective 5: Promotion of Active citizenship and youth participation Objective 6: Development of new innovate educational tools in the field of youth education, in particular outdoor education and art practices Objective 7: Fostering Creativity through the Arts Objective 8: Increasing level of soft skills among young people Moreover, through our activities we directly engaged with the European Youth Goals: Connecting EU with Youth Equality of All Genders Inclusive Societies Mental Health & Wellbeing Quality Learning Space and Participation for All Sustainable Green Europe Youth Organisations & European Programmes
