Objectives

The project was initiated under the Erasmus+ program to promote youth mobility and exchange within Europe. The increasing global interconnectedness and the importance of intercultural competencies made it necessary for young people to gain international experience and enhance their personal, social, and professional skills. Through the implementation of this project, we aimed to achieve the following main objectives: Promoting social inclusion and diversity: We aimed to provide equal participation opportunities for young people from various social, economic, and cultural backgrounds, especially those with fewer opportunities. The goal was to improve their social integration and equality of opportunity. Strengthening intercultural competencies: Through intercultural exchange programs and learning activities, we wanted to foster young people's understanding, tolerance, and respect for other cultures. This was intended to contribute to better coexistence in a diverse society. Promoting active citizenship and participation: We aimed to encourage young people to actively engage in their communities, embody European values, and enhance their awareness of European integration. Supporting personal and professional development: Our goal was to provide young people with key competencies necessary for their personal and professional development. This includes language skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and other soft skills. Environmental awareness and sustainable development: We aimed to promote environmentally friendly behaviors and sustainable practices to enhance young people's awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development. These objectives are based on the original goals of the accreditation application, which focus on fostering intercultural competencies, social inclusion, and active participation of young people.
