In this project we pursued ten objectives, which reflect the objectives we set for the overall accreditation as well as this specific budget. Objective 1 - European perspectives: Our education programmes reflect the perspectives of a broad variety of European actors and organisations and generate visibility for European structures and processes. In this way, participants learn where they can make a difference and how they can engage with youth policy and current political issues such as climate change, human rights, digitalisation, democracy, mental health, social inclusion, and diversity. Objective 2 - Networks: We create broad access to professional development measures, strategic partnerships, networking, and various international educational activities. This supports the personal, social, and professional development of young people, youth work professionals, and our European and international partners by enhancing knowledge, skills, competencies, experiences, and networks. Objective 3 – Social cohesion: We promote cross-sectoral collaboration with partner and program countries, aligning our educational goals and priorities closely with the objectives of the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027, European strategies such as NextGenerationEU, and the priorities of the European Commission and the Erasmus+ program. Working with our European partners, we contribute to fostering European cross-border educational experiences for young people and youth workers, and initiate exchange and mutual learning processes that lead to greater understanding and stronger social cohesion in Europe. Objective 4 – Social inclusion: In designing our projects, we acknowledge the diversity of learners, employ inclusive pedagogical approaches, and proactively reduce participation barriers. We adapt program elements and activities dynamically to meet all needs arising from the full spectrum of human diversity, not just disabilities. Awareness and empathy are central values of inclusive design: recognizing the diversity of learners and combating all forms of discrimination while considering individual needs in everything we do. Objective 5 – Participatory practice: Together with young people, we develop projects and activities where they can address their fears and concerns, develop action strategies with European peers, and actively implement their own initiatives. Together with our participants, we experiment with democracy, sustainability, and solidarity, empowering them to engage, raise their voices, and initiate change. Objective 6 – Knowledge transfer: We share the experiences of our network in various focal areas through professional training, expert days, strategic partnerships, and publications. This makes our work visible and disseminates innovative, practice-tested methods, approaches, and tools, making them freely accessible to those active in youth work across Europe. Whenever possible, we publish in multiple languages or at least provide an English version to reach a broad European audience. Through "Train the Trainer" programs, we train European youth work trainers and facilitators with various professional focuses, enriching our work and that of our networks. Objective 7 – Active citizenship: Engaging with human rights and democratic processes, participants discover spaces for societal participation. Strengthening social participation and active citizenship, empowerment, and participation in decision-making processes at various levels are key elements of our projects. Our projects aim to improve the integration of young people into society and motivate them to engage in democratic processes and solidarity measures and, thus, fostering a better representation of young people in European society. Objective 8 – Mental health: To improve mental health in Europe, we develop methodological approaches and project formats with European partner organizations, further advancing European youth work. This also raises awareness of mental health issues in European countries, providing youth workers with tools to address this topic and reflect on their own well-being while learning self-care techniques. Objective 9 - Reach: We aim to address young people from rural, remote regions as well as young women, who are more often affected by NEET status (Not in Education, Employment, or Training). Empowerment, targeted promotion of professional and personal skills, and the feeling of being able to make a difference are key elements that facilitate young people's transition into the workforce. Tools like Youthpass support these processes. Objective 10 - Supporting diverse opportunities Our participants have different backgrounds and abilities and we strive to suppport each of them in their personal and professional development in a way that is reflective of their specific needs and abilities.
