The project of Intercultural Gender Awareness (IGA) was set to achieve the following specific objectives: 1. Exploration of individual participant's traits to break down gender stereotypes (pre-project) 2. Raising critical awareness of young people and thinking about gender roles and gender inequalities in our societies. 3. Discussion on the gender balance situation in European countries 4. Facilitation of new knowledge acquisition from intercultural discussions on gender roles for open-mindedness and advocacy
