The aim of our project was to raise awareness among young people about the effects of climate change on agriculture and to equip them with knowledge and tools to adapt agricultural practices to these challenges. We also aimed to promote cooperation between young people from rural and urban areas, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration. The main objectives of the project were: • To inform young participants, especially those involved in farming, about climate change-compatible agricultural practices to enhance their vocational development. • To increase awareness of global climate change, its impact on agriculture, and necessary preventive measures among all participants. • To encourage cultural exchange between young people from rural and urban areas, breaking down prejudices and promoting collaboration. • To strengthen cooperation with environmental and agricultural networks and NGOs, amplifying the project’s impact. • To create practical outputs, such as a guide and documentaries, to raise awareness and inspire action against climate change. • To introduce participants to Erasmus+ opportunities and the value of international collaboration in addressing global challenges.
