The project was conceived with the aim of achieving several objectives related to sustainability, environmental protection, and working with vulnerable youth. The project aimed to address the issues faced by vulnerable young people who were under additional economic and psychological pressure in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the severe economic and employment consequences of the pandemic, which were particularly felt by young people and vulnerable groups, the pandemic was also seen as an opportunity to build a better, fairer, and greener system. The context of the project's implementation was largely dependent on the specificities of the partner countries, which represented a good cross-section of the EU and were quite heterogeneous in terms of the project's core themes. The project aimed to educate youth workers in the above 3 focal areas and to empower them to be able to train youth in them. The overall objective of the project was to educate youth workers in the above 3 focal areas and to empower them to be able to train youth in them. The specific objectives that led to the realization of the general objective were as follows: - The project explored the state of play in the project's content areas in the partner countries and presented the findings to the other partners. - The project trained youth workers in CE and environmental protection. - The project increased young people's knowledge and understanding of the project areas through local activities. - The project provided youth workers with knowledge and skills to provide better youth activities in the project themes in their local organisations. - The project enabled the youth workers to be able to work better with vulnerable groups. - The project fostered a feeling of community among European youth workers. - The project developed a platform of youth organizations working on green themes and developing new initiatives in the future.
