Within a climate and growing fear for the “other” we saw an urgent need to fight stereotyping, racism and xenophobia. The youth-pedagogy against populist, racist and antidemocratic attitudes and behaviour need to interact with their learners on a personal level and can not just focus on knowledge transfer and cognitive procedures. The EduLARP approach (Educational Live Action Role Play) has proven that its merits consist especially on the emotional and self-reflective capacities. In this project the staff of four partners should experience the use of the EduLARP toolkit "Minosia Labyrinth" (ML). This project first should help them to reflect on their own professional and individual position, their working approach and their structural working-background. Second they should learn from this implementation for their own use of the method. The project should extend the visibility of ML as non-formal educational method for the youth sector and extend the range of stakeholder-networks as well as the direct partner-network of the education institutions and groups that will make use of ML. Additionally the project should include the exchange of complementary creative non-formal methods that tackle the migration and inclusion topic as well to expand the ML toolkit.
