The project ‘Gender Toolkit’ includes activities leading to the development of the competencies of youth workers and representatives of other sectors in the field of gender (international training and online course) and activities leading to creating a Toolkit of methods, activities enabling youth workers to deliver more quality gender-based activities. In addition to that, roundtables, local campaigns, social media campaigns, livestreams will be implemented in order to disseminate the project.
‘Gender Toolkit’ equiped the organizations with the knowledge, tools enabled them to identify and to understand the roots of gender inequality and gender-based discrimination, to train youth workers, educators of participating organizations to design and deliver activities addressing gender inequality and empowered of young people and community members on gender-related issues and to improve networking amongst involved CSOs and other stakeholders, creating gender based society.
