The objectives were firstly to gain new knowledge, innovative experiences, and inspiration to work more consciously with strengthening these added community values, not only back home but also to include this enhanced know-how in future transnational development projects. Secondly to improve some manangement and communication skills that is important for planning and implementing international project cooperation. The mobilities should help to promote knowledge, innovation and not least motivation for our learning providers, which is the key driver in culture NGOs, where most are working as voluntary staff con amore. The added community values, we especially wanted to learn more about by transfer of state of the arts knowledge and best practice examples were: 1. Social inclusion and cohesion 2. Active citizenship & democratic practices 3. Green sustainability, for climate as well as nature. The management and communication skills we espcially wanted to learn more about were: 4. Digital competences, including virtual and hybrid cooperation, virtual mobility and blended mobility.
