The coronapandemic has challenged our students in their well-being. It is obvious that our students do not thrive in isolation but thrive in the community, that the school always provides. Earlier experenciences has shown us, that a child wellbeing and social skills are developed, enhances and supported through especially the mobilities. To take part in a physical action in a foreign culture, in a foreign home challenge both dansih and european students in a healthy and developing way. her are 3 exemples how we enhance the students schooling: *Each students personal development is to reflect on both him/her self and his/her family, him/her local area and him/her danish cultural inheritage through 3 digital presentations, that the students work with both independently and in groups. * We kvow from earlier projects that some of our students come from a social group of the population that do not travel much. By offering theses students a journey abroad we present that the world is larger than "Stevns". * Furthermore the students personal skills are enhances by taking on the responsilbility of being a host for a peer from Germany.
Danish group: 3 boys and 15 girls between 12 and 14 years participated in Group Mobility of the Erasmus + short term project. The students attended classes 7th and 8th and are at the "Folkeskolen" which is equivalent to the secondary school. German group: 4 boys and 15 girls between 12 and 14 years took part in the Group mobility of the Erasmus + short term projct. The students attended classes 6th, 7th and 8th and are in the "Realschule" and "Gymnasium". All of the students are good students and are interested in new things. Due to the years restricted by Covid they have lost some socializing and language skills.Therfore they should increase their language abilities and social skills by taking part in an exchange between the two schools. During the mobility the students should be aware of what it means being an european citizen and what each of the students like about Europe.
