Objectives

UCN is committed to preparing our students for success in both the European and global job markets while instilling in them an international mindset. Integral to our institution, participation in the Erasmus+ program closely aligns with our 2030 strategy. The project plays a pivotal role in facilitating mobility for both UCN's students and staff, thereby enhancing Internationalization at Home (IaH) by welcoming exchange students and staff from across Europe to our institution. This not only enriches our learning environment but also fosters meaningful cultural exchange. Erasmus+ is instrumental in nurturing partnerships for UCN, enabling mobility between our collaborating institutions. Furthermore, it provides essential financial support for students and staff. Financial considerations determine whether UCNs students and staff can go abroad. Hence, we are committed to sustaining these opportunities for our students and staff. Having actively participated in the Erasmus+ program since 2014, UCN remains steadfast in our commitment to continued involvement through the new Erasmus+ Charter for the 2021-2027 period. This underscores our ongoing dedication to internationalization and our commitment to providing valuable opportunities.
