Objectives

For the project 2022-2024 we maintained the same strategy as the previous program period 2021/23. Our students at Business Academy South West should have the best opportunities for obtaining new knowledge and life-time experiences abroad by offering quality based studies with partner schools and to give the students the best opportunities for traineeships abroad. Also our staffs and teachers should maintain the same possibilities for expanding their horizons and learn new processes and teaching methods abroad and also create new networks for future cooperation and knowledge sharing. Our strategy with focus on inclusion and equality maintained the same as previous years and we had a special focus on giving our students with lower opportunities the best guidance to take a choice of going abroad. We had more focus on students with health/mental issues or other disabilities and we implemented a new procedure so that we could get in contact with these students earlier in the process, this by working close together with our study counselling office. We did not apply for BIP activities based on the missing legislation, so we had no activities in this area - but overall we achieved the objectives set for this programme period. As our main focus is to strengthen international mobility at Business Academy South West we can look back at the 2022 - 2024 period and conclude that we reached the numbers of mobilities - we changed mobilities for study to students going into traineeships and exceeded the number of staff mobilities and as such we reached our goals and objectives.
