There have been 3 overall goals in the internationalization efforts at Cphbusiness over the last 2 project periods: 1. To re-ignite E+ partnerships after Covid. 2. To start up networks/contact for staff and faculty/study programs where little or no international networks have previously existed. 3. To develop counselling-tools and support assistance, incl. increase the visibility of the E+ optoins to meet new student needs and by doing so, increasing the number of in- and outbound students (incl. students within the Fewer Opportunities category). With the 2022 project Cphbusiness has continued to offer staff and students possibilities for internationalisation via the Erasmus+ programme, which by far is the main tool for internationalization at our academy. What Cphbusiness wanted to achieve by implementing the 22-project is linked to the efforts and activites, started up in the 21-projects and therefore these need to be descibed first: After the Covid pandemic a decline in numbers of student and staff exchanges were seen in the 2020 project, even though the pandemic stopped, the mobility numbers at Cphbusiness remained low for a few semesters afterwards. In the 2021 project an intensive focus was therefore put on getting students and staff to do exchanges abroad again (which also Cphbusiness succeeded with within the 21-project periode). Particularly within staff, there was a huge interest for training mobilities as well as a need for re-igniting Erasmus+ partnerships as a way to receive new inspiration and academic input, that would lead on to further academic development. Many knowledgesharing networks started up in the 2021 project due to faculty exchanges. The objective of the 2022 project for the teacher/staff area was therefore to continue this strategy and via this, to keep on building upon and expanding networks and results achieved within the previous year’s project period Within the student mobility area focus in the 2021-project was to get student to do exchanges again and during the project period, it became clear the students’ needs for counselling and support had increased a lot due, as a consequence of the pandemic, and therefore a number of new counselling offers had to be developed and implemented for both in- and outbound students. The objective of the 2022 project, for the student-area, has been to keep on developing these offers in order to ensure the quality of the counselling offers (a.o by using E+ student feed back from the 2021 period but also by using Cphbusiness' own student evaluations, which has taken place throughout the 22-project). Also during the 2022 project period, a lot of time was spent on further developing our ways of promoting of the E+ programme, in order to raise staff and student awareness of the possibilities within the programme. This also meant further developing our plans and procedures on how to reach more “fewer opportunity” students.
