Collaborating with European higher education institutions has been a high priority for University College during the entirety of the project’s duration as stated in the European Policy Statement. Moreover, a central objective has been to ensure significant personal and professional growth for our participants, with a particular focus on intercultural and language development as well as equal access for all students and staff to the programme. Our project has actively supported these initiatives by promoting mobility activities for both students and staff within our organization and highlighting the opportunities for fewer opportunity students and conducting surveys post-mobility. Approximately 70% of all mobilities within the project took place in institutions categorized as close cooperation partners or within Nordic countries, as defined in our EPS. This consistent level of activity has been upheld throughout the entire duration of the Erasmus+ project. In comparison, our Erasmus+ project from 2021 was 60% (2021 project), which is positive.
