"Learn&Teach" made non-formal education methods more popular among youth workers and encourage them to think of, create, and use such new methods in their day-to-day activities. The training course empowered youth workers to create and test their own non-formal activities, contributing to the spread of these resources community-wide. To achieve our aim, we set several objectives, including stimulating interaction between the 50 participating youth workers, equipping them with five types of non-formal tools, creating a brochure with non-formal education methods designed by the participants, and fostering cooperation between the nine partner NGOs. Overall, "Learn&Teach" successfully increased the awareness and knowledge of non-formal education among youth workers and promoted the creation of innovative methods for youth work, benefiting not only the participants but also their partner NGOs and local communities.
