Objectives

The aim of the project was to support adult learners of Rakvere Vocational School's (RAK) part-time general education curriculum (60% of whom, according to the 2021 survey, had a number of different barriers to education like lack of studymotivation, economic difficulties, combining personal life and studies, exclusion from the labour market, low level of general skills, various psychological problems including depression) to support them in maintaining their motivation to learn by giving them the opportunity to form their individual learning path through mobility, to promote their key competences and to have possibility to get one of the elective courses recognized by the school when they achieve the learning outcomes set for the mobility. It was expected that the mobility would result in improved foreign language competence including communication skills in English, increased intercultural competence, increased motivation to learn, and increased self-confidence, which would have a positive impact on their future life.
