Objectives

First, with the project, we wanted to promote excellence in education by equipping teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills to increase the emotional intelligence of staff and learners and to effectively implement coaching leadership (especially in class management, class teacher-mentor). Secondly, we wanted to increase students' interest in learning and motivation through various activities that support learning (implementing the activities needed for the eTwinning project both independently and as a group). Our goal is to form a student who is a creative, versatile and responsible person, able to fully realize himself in various roles and continue his education to the next level of education. We want to show students that the learning process can be different and challenging for everyone, giving the opportunity to take into account the individuality of each student and the application of their learning potential. The third wish was to support the personal professional professionalism and self-development of employees: increasing professional competence, familiarization with innovative and innovative methods, increasing self-efficacy, in addition professional cooperation and increasing participation in networks.
