The goals of the project were the implementation of project and outdoor learning in subject classes, the enhancement of cooperation and teamwork, the more effective implementation of the "Leader in Me" program, the use of digital technology and the creation of digital content, the study of the use of foreign language environments and participation in international networks, and implementation of the English language. The implementation of the project aimed to improve the teamworks between kindergarten and school teachers, get to know the project and outdoor learning method more thoroughly, including emphasizing environmental problems and using them in own work. The participant got acquainted with the daily work of the teachers of the partner school and with the LME program, improving digital skills, including creating digital content. To improve the language skills of the participants by offering the opportunity for language learning, staying in educational activities, participating in international trainings as a team, enabling students to participate in a group study mobility at the Leader in Me school
The organization consists of a kindergarten and a primary school. The school creates an environment for the development of independent, self-directed and creative learners. There is verbal feedback to support the development of 1st-5th grade students, from the 6th grade onwards, students' learning results are evaluated in a star system. The organization supports the multifaceted development of students and has joined the "Leader in Me" program. The background of the students is very different, among the students there are families where the parents are of different nationalities and the home language is not Estonian. Students with special educational needs make up about 10% of the number of students, and there are individual curricula and small classes to support them. The project aimed to gain more knowledge in the following areas: project and outdoor learning, cooperation and teamwork, the "Leader in Me" program, use of digital technology and creation of digital content, use of foreign language environments. Through study mobility it was hoped to get international contacts, observe the daily work of foreign partners, get new ideas and exchange experiences, improve English language skills, involve students in project activities.
