In Narva Kindergarten Käoke, a network of trained teachers and members of the management has been created, which deals with supporting children with special needs and advising parents of children with special needs.
The project "Development of special pedagogical competences of Narva Lasteaia Käoke employees" was aimed at increasing the competences of Narva Lasteaia Käoke pedagogues in working with children with special needs, in order to provide children with European-level high-quality early childhood education, to involve children with special needs in the learning process and in life. With the help of the knowledge gained during the project, we created a support network for children with special needs in kindergarten. There are specialized groups in our kindergarten. We want to be able to provide them with timely and necessary assistance . This project gave us the necessary knowledge and practical skills to enhance the work of each teacher in the field of special education.
